1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ChurnShield's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing ChurnShield.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, ChurnShield grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services.

• You must not modify or copy the materials
• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose without our consent
• You must not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in ChurnShield

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ChurnShield cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

4. API Usage

Customers may access their ChurnShield data via an API (Application Program Interface). Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party product that accesses ChurnShield, is bound by these Terms of Service.

Excessively frequent requests to ChurnShield via the API may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account's access to the API. ChurnShield, in its sole discretion, will determine excessive usage of the API.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

ChurnShield's Privacy Policy, at cchurnshield.ai/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

You agree that ChurnShield may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for the purposes described in these Terms of Service.

6. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the fees for the Services in accordance with the pricing published at cchurnshield.ai/pricing. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which we will charge as applicable.

We may change our fees at any time. When applicable, we will give you reasonable notice of any such changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by going to account settings. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.

All of your content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once it has been deleted.

8. Modifications to the Service

ChurnShield reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Service with or without notice.

9. Copyright and Content Ownership

All content posted on the Service must comply with copyright law. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChurnShield be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

12. General Conditions

Your use of ChurnShield is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Support for ChurnShield services is only available in English.

You understand that ChurnShield uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
